Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details on our servers. We receive confirmation of transactions, subscription status, and billing identifiers from Stripe.

Automatically Collected Data

We automatically collect certain information when you visit our site, including IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and page views. This data is collected via Vercel Analytics.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:

4. DATA SHARING & THIRD PARTIES

We share your data with the following third-party services as necessary to operate Cubed:

Meshy AI

Your text prompts and uploaded images are sent to Meshy AI to generate 3D models. Meshy AI processes this data according to their own privacy policy.

Stripe

Payment and subscription data is processed by Stripe. Stripe handles your payment information in accordance with PCI DSS standards and their privacy policy.

Vercel

Our site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel Analytics collects anonymized usage data to help us understand traffic patterns and site performance.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

5. COOKIES & ANALYTICS

Cubed uses essential cookies to maintain your authentication session and preferences. We use Vercel Analytics for privacy-friendly, anonymized site analytics — no personal data is tracked through analytics.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain your account information and generation history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records).

Generated 3D models and associated files may be retained for a limited period to enable re-downloads and service continuity.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
