TERMS OF SERVICE

Cubed ("cubed.rocks") is an AI-powered service that generates 3D models and converts them into Minecraft-compatible block structures. Users can create models from text prompts or reference images and export them in formats including Litematic (.litematic), Schematic (.schem), and NBT (.nbt).

By accessing or using Cubed, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

You must create an account to use Cubed. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Cubed cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service.

Cubed operates on a credit-based system. Each 3D model generation consumes 5–10 credits depending on the options selected (e.g. text-to-3D without textures: 5 credits, with textures: 10 credits). Credits are available through the following plans:

• + Free — 10 credits on signup (one-time)
• + Pro — $8/month for 250 credits per month
• + Power — $20/month for 650 credits per month

Additional credit packs may be purchased as one-time purchases. Purchased credits never expire. Monthly subscription credits reset each billing cycle; unused monthly credits do not roll over.

All payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

You agree not to use Cubed to:

• + Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or hateful
• + Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• + Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• + Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
• + Abuse, exploit, or circumvent the credit system or rate limits
• + Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of any content you provide as input (text prompts, images). You are granted a license to use the 3D models generated by Cubed for personal and commercial purposes, including use within Minecraft.

The Cubed service, including its name, logo, website, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of Cubed and is protected by applicable laws. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Studios / Microsoft. Cubed is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang or Microsoft.

Cubed is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated models will meet your specific requirements.

AI-generated 3D models may vary in quality and accuracy. Results depend on input quality and the capabilities of the underlying AI models.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cubed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Cubed in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You may stop using Cubed and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Any credits remaining in your account at the time of termination are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
